Bearing Quality Control

GJP control our own production production Mounted Bearing Unit from the beginning of material selection, we check and analyse the material components in our laboratory, meanwhile, we strictly arrange our inspection guys do the sampling checking when our Flanged Bearing Unit are in the production procedure for 2 or 3 time one day, and after assembling our products, we'll do a 100% testing on our final products before we pack into box, about the alignment workpiece, GJP strictly sent them checked in the required periods to make sure our alignment workpiece accuracy; for other type of bearings which we don't produce by ourself, we'll normally ask our suppliers to give us the material analysing report and the products testing report, then when the cargo arrive at us, we would have our QC people do the sampling checking also in our workshop, especially the ID, OD and width, Hardness, Vibration and Noise testing.
